"Three inspections" before use
Check all parts of the equipment Check whether the bolts of each part are complete and whether they are loose to ensure the safe operation of the pump.
To check whether the diesel engine is used safely and effectively in the power machine, check whether the cooling water, lubricating oil, etc. are missing, and whether the operation is normal; when using the motor, carefully check whether the wiring erection and connection meet the safety requirements, whether the grounding wire is reliable, and whether the motor is damp. Whether the circuit is intact to prevent electric shock accidents and ensure the safety of electricity.
Check whether the unit power is matched, whether the installation is firm, pay attention to check whether the transmission connection between the power machine and the water pump is standardized, safe and reliable, and whether the transmission connection part is equipped with safety protection facilities, such as protective plates, protective nets, etc., to avoid dangerous accidents.
"Three Needs" when used
must be installed firmly without vibration. The installation of the pump set must be accurate and reliable, and there must be no obvious vibration during operation. If there are abnormal noises when pumping water or the bearings are hot (temperature higher than 60℃) and the water seepage at the seal of the pump shaft is greater than 60 drops per minute, be sure to find out the cause and eliminate the fault in time. The screws that are screwed daily, such as packing gland screws, water plugs, etc., should be disassembled and assembled with a suitable wrench and reasonable torque. Do not use hand pliers to prevent threaded or nut slipping; other screws can be smeared on them. Use lubricating oil or wipe it with oil cloth regularly to prevent rust; if the drain screw is not frequently used, it is easy to rust. You should first unscrew the drain plug, apply some engine oil and white lead oil on the thread, and change the new oil 2 to 3 times a year.
To scientifically lubricate water pumps that are lubricated with engine oil, the lubricating oil should be replaced once a month; if it is lubricated with butter, it should be replaced every six months. It should be noted that calcium-based grease for water pumps and sodium-based grease for motors should not be used incorrectly. Because sodium-based grease is hydrophilic, it will emulsify into foam and dissipate when it encounters water on the water pump, while calcium-based grease is afraid of high temperatures and is used on motors. It will easily melt away when the temperature rises.
Do not pump sand when idling. Do not pump water with too much sand to avoid premature wear of the impeller, mouth ring and shaft, and try to prevent running without water. Running under water shortage will damage the water seal, and the water pump is prone to leak or even no water. After the irrigation and drainage season is over, the pump should be carefully cleaned and inspected immediately, and any damaged or deformed parts that cannot be used should be repaired or replaced in time.
