Hydroelectric pumps are mainly water immersed and oil immersed, both of which are composed of a water pump and a motor. In order to ensure the normal operation of the electric pump, it must be used as follows.
1. Before using the stainless steel magnetic pump, use a megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor, and the minimum value cannot be less than 5 megohms. The check method is to connect a wire on the megohmmeter
Connect the column to the electric pump cable, and connect the terminal to the motor shell. Shake the megohmmeter to observe the insulation resistance value.
2. Check the cables for ground cracks, scratches, etc. If damaged, they should be replaced in time to prevent leakage.
3. The water immersion motor should open the watering bolt, fill it with clean water, tighten the bolt, and then dive into the water. If oil leakage is found in the oil-immersed motor: replace the sealing element before diving
Into the water.
4. Before the electric pump is submerged in the water, fill the pump with clean water, leave it empty for 1-2 minutes, and start it twice to check whether the idling and starting are normal. If the direction of rotation is opposite, connect the two
Just after the line is exchanged.
5. Check whether there are cracks in the pumping pipe and whether the connection is firm.
6. When the electric pump is submerged in water or hoisted, the cable must not be pulled to avoid damage to the cable or disconnection at the joint.
7. The power supply voltage should be controlled within 5* range not greater than or less than the rated voltage. If the voltage is too high or too low, the motor will be damaged.
8. The electric pump should be vertical when submerged in the water and not placed diagonally.
9. Electric pumps must not transport water or mud with a lot of sand. The flooded motor should always clean the sand particles in the motor cavity and replace the clean water in the motor cavity.
10. The actual pump head should be within 0.8-1 rated head. This can improve the working efficiency of the plastic magnetic pump, save electricity, avoid overloading the motor, and extend the service life.
11. After the electric pump is used, it should be cleaned, oiled on the metal surface to prevent rust, and stored vertically in a dry place. The flooded motor should also release the clean water in the motor.
